Duane W. Roberts is our Chief Executive Officer. He has more than 30 years of experience in developing, implementing and operating state-of-the-art health care administration systems, which have been installed in companies such as Aetna, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Minnesota Blue Cross, Pennsylvania Blue Shield, CIGNA, and First Health (now part of Coventry).

Stephen A. Garnock is our Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of education, health care, software design and development, data processing and data entry operations, as well as experience as a systems analyst at Boeing and systems manager for Honeywell.

Randall C. Fowler is the Chairman of our Board of Directors. He developed an industry-leading fingerprint identification technology and subsequently, was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Identix, Inc. (now part of L-1 Identity Solutions), a biometric technology company. Mr. Fowler also holds several patents, has written and presented numerous papers and is a recognized speaker and opinion leader on a wide range of subjects including Biometrics, Investment Banking, and Entrepreneurship.

Glenn S. Cutler joined the company as a Director in February, 2007. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance as a private investment banker and investment advisor. He published Market Mania, The Red Herring and DMC Market Fax, all investment periodicals and institutional stock market research with wide circulation into the investment community. He was also an asset manager whose career was highlighted as manager of a top rated mutual fund.
